Expedia provided me the rate including tax was $298.80. The hotel actually charged me $330.28, although I bought 2 breakfast vouchers ($8 each) and a box a of laundry detergent ($1.5). I am not sure why the rate would go up that much.

The rooms were clean but plain. Landscape was a little messy but at this time of the year, leaves are falling, The leaf litter did make the property look cluttered. Hedges were a little ragged and somewhat obscured the property from the road, but overall very good value for the price. The discounted breakfast at Oscar’s was well worth it. I will definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful room with an unbelievable view of Zion and the river! The room was very nice and well-maintained. The location was walking distance to town and many places to eat. Just steps to the shuttle to Zion. Laundry facilities on-site were helpful, and the breakfast vouchers to Oscar’s cafe were worth the small price.
