Hotel was ultimately great. Hot tub broke the 3rd in which was inconvenient but we made good use of the pool table and lobby playing uno.

The hotel cancelled my suite which I had booked, when I was checking in. Put me into another hotel with a normal room. And refused any kind of refund. Bad customer service.

Our thermostat in our room didn’t work accurately. We had to set it really high just to get the heat to turn on. The fan also wouldn’t turn on when needed. There was a family with young kids getting ready to leave their room at 6:40am and they were all standing in the hall talking. Having the fan would’ve drowned out some of the noise. The park was super quiet with the rain and snow up high but we still had to pay a $20/night fee to park. Even though there was basically no parking issues in town. I’d recommend they lower that fee or reduce it during the quiet seasons. I mentioned our thermostat problem to the front desk staff and they were very nice. But it didn’t seem to change.

Here’s a polished, friendly review you can use: --- I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The views alone were absolutely stunning, it is the kind you can sit and stare at for hours. My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. Breakfast was amazing as well, with plenty of delicious options and everything tasting fresh. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and I would definitely come back again!

We paid for a king suite but were told they didn’t have it for us when we got there(same thing for another customer we saw while checking in). They blamed the other sites that reserve rooms Told us they upgraded us to a two queen.. blind was broke bathroom door was broke.. breakfast was just ok. Beautiful setting and place but just felt everything wasn’t going our way
