Perfect, quiet spot for our two nights here ... cross between a hotel and a B&B (without the breakfast). Only issue was a loose shower handle. Very convenient to Zion, great dinner recommendation (Wild Thyme) from host. Big, private backyard with great views. Did not use hot tub or fire pit.

We had a wonderful time staying at the lodge for too nights. It was clean and quiet. The bed was fantastic. The whole set-up was great. The Outdoor jacuzzi was perfectly hot and made you feel relaxed. I had a $5 vouch from the lodge to have breadfast at Oscar Cafe, which served delixious breadfast. JoNell is a great host of great help.

Great stay

All was as advertised. The $5 charge for breakfast is at 2 fine establishments in town. The only issue was finding the driveway from the roadway. Coming from the park side we found no sign of the lodge nor where to enter the property. FINALLY after drive by's we found an unmarked driveway entrance. There is a nice sign coming toward the park but not the other way. CONFUSION but we found it.

Close to free shuttle. Well furnished. Comfortable bed. Got to watch a deer eating in the orchard for 1/2 hour while on the swing. Catch the shuttle to Zion real easy

Unaware of having to buy food voucher for a place near the entrance to Zion park. We just stayed at another B&B in Bryce Canyon, and it was amazing with amazing breakfast, so this was a step down.

This property was VERY hard to find, and once on the property, the check-in place was hard to find too. The rooms are in someone's home but I didn't realize this when I booked the room. I think the rooms all have private entrances & bathrooms (ours did). The proprietor was very kind and friendly so my initial stress soon dissipated. The property location is on the edge of town and set back a bit, so we felt very safe, and we even left a bike (locked up) outside on the car. The room was a bit dated, but nice enough, and was a good size for the three of us (adults). The backyard of the property is the best part. It's quite relaxing, and it was nice to have access to the hot tub. All in all, I'd recommend this place to others; just be prepared for a rough start.

It was a beautiful property and the room was perfect for my family. Close enough to the park without being too congested in town. JoNell was super accommodating and so kind to us during our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Charming B&B

My husband and I were traveling to UT for a friend's wedding in Rockville. Our flight was delayed so we weren't able to check in between 3-6. The owner was sure to leave the check-in envelope on the board for us and left a light on with the key in the room. The property was peaceful, and well maintained with the Virgin River running behind it. The room was spacious, clean and charming. We were in need of an iron and ironing board and the owner was responsive to providing one. The owner was very friendly and accessible. The property is in a great location! We were 5 minutes or less from the restaurants/shops in Springdale and the entrance to Zion. We took advantage of the breakfast vouchers and found this to be a great deal! Oscars restaurant was our favorite. I 10/10 recommend Canyon Vista Lodge

A Great Place to Rest and Relax

Canyon Vista Lodge is a great place to relax after a day in Zion. It is about a block from Stop 9 on the shuttle system so quiet but close to Springdale amenities. I never met the hosts since I arrived late but found written instructions on check-in and check-out routines with phone numbers in case I needed help.. Parking is just outside the room. There is a microwave, small sink and fridge available to store and prepare snacks. The lovely yard has a spa and picnic area. The unit was exactly as pictured and described.
