"The hotel is very well maintained and staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and of a good size for families. Location is great as it is in the heart of Springdale at walking distance to restaurants and shops, and very close to the entrance of Zion. The views of the park are spectacular from the porches. The only downside for us was the floor of the room felt dusty, specially in the walk-in closet."
