"A great hotel choice in Springdale! I can’t say enough about the staff—the front desk team was absolutely amazing. We had several questions throughout our stay, and they were always friendly, helpful, and eager to assist. In particular, I believe her name was Kathleen. She mentioned she was new, but you would never know it. She was fantastic and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of Zion National Park and conveniently situated between two Springdale shuttle stops that provide easy access to the park. There are also plenty of cute shops, restaurants, and coffee spots within walking distance. The views from the hotel were incredible. We loved stepping outside each morning to take in the beautiful canyon scenery—it was the perfect way to start the day. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zion!"

"What started as a good stay quickly issues came about.. loud people in the parking lot drinking beer throwing cans all over the ground (picked up when police drove through the parking lot) , taking up parking spots 2 nights in a row (sitting on coolers and chairs in parking spots) We stayed 3 nights on our day of checkout before checkout time (11 am) an employee walked into our room without knocking or announcing housekeeping! We then left and got hit with a 50$ charge when calling I was told There was pet hair on the carpet , this was resolved which I do appreciate! ( 50$ was refunded to my card in a very timely matter) If you have pets just keep in mind if it comes off your clothes onto the floor or anything in the room you may also get hit with that 50$ charge even when your pets are 100 miles away. As to anywhere there are pros and cons 😀"
