The too was adequate for sleeping. Location was convenient. The breakfast was the exact same thing daily. Could only eat their breakfast 2 days in a row. And at the busiest time was way too crowded.

Our room was never cleaned for our whole stay. They never brought new towels or emptied our garbage. I had to do it all. When we brought it up to the staff they were rude about it. Tried to get with the manager and they were only available a couple hours and I could never get with them.

The property is a two-story building with rooms directly connected to the driveway. Parking is limited and it was difficult to find a spot near our room. The indoor lighting was extremely uncomfortable due to a large fluorescent lamp. The indoor swimming pool is quite small (not similar to what we were thinking from the photos) and it is visible from the parking lot, so if you value privacy, this is not the place for you. As soon as we stepped in the room, we noticed the toilet flush was not working, and despite calling the front desk, no one was sent to fix it. Given that we paid over $500 for two nights, we were extremely dissatisfied and asked about receiving a full refund so we could move to a hotel of similar price but Expedia required approval from the hotel manager. That request was initially denied. Because of the chaotic environment and the issues we experienced, we asked to speak directly with the manager. The receptionist was extremely rude, refused to let us speak to the manager. We are, however, grateful to the manager who eventually came out and agreed to issue a full refund. The contrast between the two experiences was night and day

The hotel charged me $200 for a animal I did not have, that a housekeeper stated she thought I had and charged me $27 for getting extra towels. A family of 6 in a hotel for 4 days, was given 4 towels. Room service stopped by one time the entirety of our stay, front desk had families waiting while they was outside smoking. Very unprofessional, horrible customer service with bad attitudes.

Our room was clean, the beds and pillows were super comfy. The hotel was decently quiet (just the garbage truck around 5 am Saturday). Plenty of hot water, soft and clean towels, mini fridge (although it froze our food when put on too high level). The breakfast was rather simple but sufficient and the same hot food everyday. It missed some fresh fruit choices. Otherwise, it had yogurt, cereal and milk, instant oatmeal, bread w/ butter and jam, sausages, eggs and waffles. Plus coffee, tea, chai, hot cocoa options. The indoor pool was okay. Kids enjoyed it. Hot tub was inside too. The pool towels had to be picked up at the front desk -one just need to read the label on the mirror of your hotel room, and plan ahead of going to the pool. The parking lot could be a bit cleaner, either visitors or cleaners let go of food wrappers on the parking lot, or stairways.
