The room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful. The pool was great but the area around the pool was not very inviting, not many pool chairs.The breakfast was good but could include more variety. In room dining was amazing, which includes the food and the service.

Novotel New Delhi City Centre
Food was terrible, buffet was so bad now I am sick. They only serve half cup of coffee or Indian tea. The hotel is located in very bad area, red light area and beggars. Cannot rest, day time is very noisy with cars, 3 wheeler and at night dogs are barking.

I was supposed to have been booked for an all inclusive rate for 3 nights . Turned out that hotels.com submitted the same rate as for room only. Had to pay extra for breakfast. Poor rating for Hotel.com for bait and switch.
