Quality of the room was not as seen in the online pictures. One rooms shower was broken and one room’s safety deposit box was not working. For the price I paid, you can get better.

This hotel is handy for airport and Worldmark complex. It has a great range of restaurants, cafe and bar, all serving quality food. Being so close to airport, people come and go at different times which can make the bedroom floors noisy. There seems to be a problem with dogs directly outside the hotel and they barked well into the night. Still a nice hotel, though.

Our stay at Pride Plaza Delhi was quite disappointing. The room looked fine at first, but basic maintenance and cleanliness were lacking. The shower drain was completely clogged, causing water to pool up when we used it. To make things worse, there was no toilet paper provided when we checked in, something that should be standard in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 5-star. When we raised the issues, the response from housekeeping was slow and not very helpful. Overall, the experience fell far below expectations in terms of service and upkeep. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves maintenance and guest readiness in the future.

While checking in the hotel couldn't find my booking instead of helping us, they asked us to sort it out with the agent. They booking was live with Hotels.com but some how the hotel missed to update it in there system with resulted in us waiting in the hotel lobby for hours with a 10 month old baby. You can do better pride Plaza.
