Someone did poo in the hot tub so it needed to be cleaned. Gross. The front desk didn’t explain any of the amenities or times (pool, etc). The room was satisfactory. I know the hotel is old and it does deserve an update.

My kids said the pool was warm but it was packed full! The hallway stunk like cigarettes smoke so someone was smoking in the hallway. My son needed a blanket and the one brought up was dirty had to call and get another one.
