Hi Ninaevidently something was not satisfactory with your stay, I am however unable to address this as there were no comments noted. We have an awesome hotel, but sometimes guests have an issue that takes away from enjoying all the great amenities as reviewed by other guests in comments. Please see other comments to get a better idea of what our hotel is like.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly. Location is great some stuff was in walking distance and others were a short drive away. The 5 hot tubs were great.
