Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work.

Staff was super friendly and accessible. Room was very clean. Breakfast and evening repast was enough to fill you up and was very appetizing. We did not have to spend any money on food outside the hotel so this hotel offers a big bang for your buck. I will be staying at Drury Inn in the future.
