The cottage was nice and clean. I didn't really have any contact in person with staff, but i will say i did call once to before i arrived and the gentleman I spoke with was super nice and helpful. We will definitely stay again in the future.

"The stay was good, not great. You have to contend with lots of train noise and our room backed directly to the elevator shaft and all you could hear was the elevator noises and trains. There was 1000 kids there but as a travel ball parents, I was used to this. Keys stopped working after half a day but the staff were friendly. "

"To start the rooms were nasty and hair on the beds. Walls look like a muddy dog ran it’s body all over there was soda or wine stains on the floors behind the beds on the floor and when we went to leave we found what we believed to be bed bugs we have tossed all our clothes out and had no way informing staff. We had no internet access in our room and the heater did not work very well"

We were supposed to have a double head shower but only half of the shower worked, and when we complaied at check out we wete told, or sorry we knew it wasnt working correctly! Then why werent we told this at check in? For a room (siluite) that costs $ 250.00 a night the entire shower certainly should have been working! We have stayed here before, and it was great! This time the service was completely subpar, and if your room isnt ready to check into at 4.00 pm there is an issue for sure! Then it wasnt even stocked fully when we checked in and management was not helpful! The casino was fun, but honestly the hotel part this time was very disappointing!"

"Each time I went to the office there was an extended wait with no staff and no way to ask for them. The outside of this property was neglected with rusting rails and dirty steps. Inside, the room appeared to be clean however in our room (which had three beds), the second room was unheated with the thermostat installed upside down and not connected. Our door peephole was an empty hole that connected directly to the outside. We did not feel safe here and it was not comfortable (freezing in second room!). "
