1st of all there was no hot water in your room to take a shower it was all cold i stayed there for 3 days i called the front desk they said they would look into it never got fixed 2ed they charge you 25 dollars a day to park At their establishment, when you're already staying in renting a room, I think that is ridiculous. the un Limited, soda is not really unlimited. You have to hit the soda machine with your key QR Code, and then you only have less than 20 seconds to fill it up and then it shuts off and then you have 7 minutes before you can get more soda so if the machine gets low on your flavor of soda, you have to wait until another 7 minutes to get soda.you spend a lot of money to stay there and they find more ways get more money out of you I believe that's ridiculous. Don't think I'll be going back.

This was our 3rd visit to Great Wolf, but the water slides are still fun and exciting! I also appreciate that the whole family is allowed to enjoy the hot tub to warm up. We also were delighted by the upgrades to the pizza restaurant there: the crust was soft and just the right thickness. The toppings and options were fantastic too. Staff were friendly and great with the kids.

Clean room, great staff. Dawn at the check in desk was wonderful! We were able to bring outside food and drinks into the park without issue which made the stay much more affordable and pleasant because I have very picky eaters. We are looking forward to coming back.

Room was clean everyone was friendly. Hotel elevator was terrible. If you’re disabled and are staying at the hotel, you will have to walk up and down the stairs to get to your room unless you want to spend the entire trip waiting for the elevator.
