It has a great location near everything but one of the reasons I booked it was because it has an indoor pool that I suppose would be warm. The pool was very cold and the pool area too. It’s not making sense. I couldn’t swim in the pool.

The room was clean and comfortable! I was disappointed that I checked in late and had to wait more than 20 mins for someone to come to desk and check me into my room. Also, even though I am a 12 year awards member, I had to pay for a bottle of water. Parking was convenient to the elevator.

"Although this is an exceptional property to stay at as far as cleanliness and great scenery, this time around service wasn’t as great as it usually has been, and they’ve taken away the full continental breakfast that was one of the major amenities that this hotel offered. Also the friendliness of the staff just wasn’t there like it always has been. "
