"The whole experience was amazing! The staff was exceptional in their service! All the way from the valet, and baggage carriers, to the hotel managers. After staying there, I don’t think I will stay at any other hotel ever again. I would like to give a special recognition to Lisa, one of the managers, Rachel, the rooftop bar and pool manager, and Nathan one of the bartenders at the pool. They exceeded all of my expectations in customer service by far! All aspects of my stay here were phenomenal. From the second we arrived and to the moment we left, we were treated as VIP guests. I have not one single complaint from my entire stay there."
