"The staff members were nice, the sheets appeared to be clean and the breakfast area had nice tables. Those are about the only positive things I can find to say about this one. The bathroom was apparently designed by someone who has never used an indoor bathroom. In order to reach the toilet paper, which was mounted very low to the floor and on the wall behind the toilet, you needed to have arms that were at least 6 feet long and bent backward (or get some before you started your business). In order to use the hand soap, which was mounted on the same wall - the opposite side of the room from the sink - you needed to get some first and then get your hands wet, unless you didn't mind dripping water across the floor and vanity. The shower flower was either stained or dirty - enough so that we decided not to take showers. The breakfast was awful. It supposed to be a "make your own breakfast sandwich" bar, and wouldn't be terrible if you didn't mind rubbery, yellow circles that were apparently supposed to be shaped eggs, along with super-salty chicken sausage or chorizo, both of which were cold. The bagels were the only edible things available. They had packaged jelly, cream cheese and Nutella (but no butter), and the toaster was fun to use. They may have had some English muffins earlier, or maybe some biscuits, but the breakfast sandwich bun choices were either cold dinner rolls or the bagels. These are just some of the highlights - or should I say lowlights."

"The staff was very welcoming and the check-in area/lobby was different and nice. We reserved a king room but they don't have one on the ground floor and they don't have an elevator so ended up on the ground floor in a room that must have had previous bathroom flooding and the restroom smelled like old diapers. I had planned on taking a bubble bath but the tub had rust spots and no stopper. This was advertised as a "Best Western Plus" and my expectations were way higher than they provided product."

"Very welcoming upon arrival.....the location was very quiet.....it's a little older BUT it's clean comfortable, slept like a baby....the rm had everything I needed....the morning host Max was very accommodating in everything we needed, there was a excellent breakfast layout...Great choices....the dining area was spotless....I would definitely stay again..."
