Friendly, safe and quiet

Every staff member I had contact with was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel called earlier in the day to confirm, and I stated I would be a late arrival, and the woman at the front desk greeted me by name when I arrived. My room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet. I didn’t hear anyone leaving in the morning. Good breakfast and dining area also clean and organized. When I was traveling back, I opted for a longer 2nd day of travel, to stay at this hotel again, because I felt safe as a solo traveler, and got the same excellent customer service, and another clean and comfortable room. Not sure when I’ll be going that route again, but will definitely stay again. Thank you!
