"My room had been both poorly cleaned and poorly maintained. The room was accessible, although I didn't request that, but the shower was on a hose, and the holder was broken and also mounted so low that it was almost unusable. When I opened the fridge in my room to put some drinks inside there were someone's leftovers from Buffalo Wild Wings inside. There were also several light switches in my room that did nothing, possibly to turn on outlets for lamps, but they weren't in use for that."
