The room was as expected, the staff were helpful, but the keyreaders barely ever work. They remade the keycards three times before any door worked. Even then it is working maybe 25% of the time. Frustrating.

The air in the room leaned heavily on room fresheners. Both my husband and I were sneezing and had headaches when we left. Also the pool was down and the so was the treadmill in the workout area. Also we were on the first floor and it was like a herd of elephants were using the upper level.
