"My 1st room smelled a lot like smoke and the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. After refusing a deodorizing room spray, I was moved to another room. When asked for the room to be cleaned, filling the body soap dispenser was missed and I had to ask for it to be filled. When I engaged the cleaning staff for towels or the liquid soap, they were nice and responded immediately. The front desk staff were just ok, nothing impressive. "

"I requested to have a quiet room. Thankfully I was put on the 5th floor, but unfortunately it was on the side of the building closest to the intersection. I did not hear people in the hotel, but the road nose was very loud and I could hear the ice machine that was also near by. The ice machine on that floor was older and did not dispense ice even though it made a lot of noise. The ice machine on the next floor was newer and worked. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice. My son was disappointed that they only served sausage all weekend and no bacon, but I thought it was still nice to have eggs and a meat along with waffles. The bed was very hard and my body was sore from sleeping on it. We stayed here because it was close to the college and had breakfast and we got a good deal. If we got a good deal we would probably stay here again, but bring something to sleep on and request a room on the even side."
