Holiday Inn Express & Suites Carson City by IHG
"We paid for 5 nights. Our room smelled like chemicals. Extremally strong. It restricted our breathing and had a taste in our mouth. The first night we complained about it. She didn't offer us another room. The beds were hard. We didn't sleep because of restricted breathing. I went to take a shower and there wasn't a shower curtain. At that point I was extremely upset. I called and complained. Still no sympathy of the contaminated smell . She asked if I wanted her to bring a shower curtain. She never did. So I showered then turned in my key. The staff was arguing with me saying it's housekeeping fault. And I didn't give her my room number. I said I will never be back and she said good. We stayed next door and was treated with respect. We wanted our money back for the days we didn't stay. They said no. We will be going over their head to get my money. Beware if they are at fault you won't be refunded. I meant what I said never will I stay there and I will inform my friends and family too."
