"The ad for the property seemed to imply that you were getting the entire house. We only got the basement apartment. Although the condition was very good the one bedroom only had 2 bunkbeds. The stove only had one working burner and the oven door was broken. But the price was excellent."

"It was clean. The staff was very polite and friendly and the breakfast was adequate for a continental. I felt as if we were bait and switched. It showed the Ruby's Inn pictures as if you were going to be inside there and then we're in standalone motel rooms across the street. The rooms were the usual 1970s set up.. small but adequate. Also, they advertised one rate for the room we purchased and the next thing we knew it was half price. But we already got suckered into the double price."

"It's really not far from the Bryce Canyon. The room is beautiful, all nice heavy wooden furniture. There was a microwave and fridge which we liked to prepare snacks etc. There was also a small table inside, chairs in front of the cottage and a large table outside near the cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much."
