The hotel was a good place, the rooms were outdated a little but more than a great stay for an area like Bryce Canyon! Would recommend anyone to spend there one or two nights. The breakfast was also quite complete.

Very average place is huge and is engineered for the summer masses. The layout consist of several two story units about 80 rooms a unit. No elevator on the premise. Food basic and marginal at best if you’re lucky. There appears to be a second newer Best Western across the street. Could only be better.

Busy location, but since it was the winter season, we didn’t have tons of food options. It was nice that food was available onsite. The gift store and grocery area was perfect, especially since we didn’t want to wait in line for the restaurant at dinner time. We picked up some frozen food options and were able to eat in our room without leaving the site. Great option!
