"Best location in Portland"
Very clean room, but a bit noisy with the HVAC. The bathroom is excellent, with a killer shower. Great mattress, wish I had one at home. The staff were exceedingly helpful and professional. Best of all, the hotel is walking distance from just about everything in downtown Portland.

"Amazing staff and location."
My husband and I stay at the Eastland yearly. We love the size of the rooms. We often get a suite and enjoy meeting friends and heading to the Top of the East - the view is truly amazing and the wait staff and bartender helpful and knowledgeable. We especially enjoyed our last stay because Kyle, the assistant manager, went out of his way to make us feel welcome. There is much to do in Portland and Eastland's location in the hub is excellent.

"Staff was accommodating"
When we first arrived we were given a room directly across the hall from loud barking dogs. We told staff and immediately we were given another room on a different floor; no questions asked. We were very satisfied with that room. A good value for the money and close to stores. Check out Sea Dog ... if you say your from the motel they give you 10% off on food. That place was a good value on food and they gave us the discount with no fuss. Breakfast was ok.
