They worked well with me upon my late arrival. Everything was as it should have been. The hotel was clean, although it is beginning to show its age. The downer was having to park across the street because it was raining.

"Great hotel in downtown Columbus"
Really thought this was a warm and welcoming hotel. We came with family and though the pool area would be bigger. It is pretty small. Other than that, the hotel was great. Very friendly staff!

"I was very pleased with mt stay at Crowne Plaza"
I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza to anyone visiting the columbus area. The motel is located right downtown, with great places to eat and lots of entertainment. The Nationwide Arena is only 2 blocks from the motel. Well within walling distance. This is where the Blue Jackets play, and home of many concerts. . The Civic Center is also within walking distance, which is right across the street of the Crowne Plaza. There are places to eat and even a brewrey district for spirits of your liking. Enjoy it, we sure did.

"Enjoyed feeling pampered in interesting surroundings"
My husband & I were seeing our favorite band for our 10th wedding anniversary and I had a hard time finding an available downtown hotel. We had walked by The Lofts before, while staying at nearby hotels, but didn't know what to expect. We loved the loft feel, the large room, the comfortable bed, the 1920's look of the bathroom, the exposed beams & duct work, etc. They even have shuttle service and shuttled us to the concert venue. We ordered breakfast for the next morning and it was delicious.

"Good Hotel - Great Location"
Stayed at this hotel because we went to an event at the Convention Center and were looking for convenience. The room was nice and clean. Access to the Convention Center is great -- it was a rainy day and we didn't even have to go outside. They do have a breakfast buffet, but when we were there, it wasn't replenished and items were running out. It wasn't even that busy. Staff was courteous and attentive. Would stay there again for access to the Convention Center.

"Great evening front desk staff!"
As Comfort Inn's go, the facility was on par with others.  The facility is a typical Comfort Inn as you would expect.  The exception comes from the location and evening gentleman at the desk. To preface my comments, I was in Columbus on a conference but booked too late to have a room at the conference venue.  In my search, I saw there was a beer district next to this Comfort Inn.  After getting settled in the room, I was looking for guidance on what to do or see in the area.  This is when I came to learn that we were staying right next to the historic German Village that included many eclectic lounges, eateries, other venues.  The gentleman was pleased to markup a map for our tour of the area including many of his favorites.  Definitely made the trip!
