"The staff were amazing. We had an issue with the air conditioning. The room was very hot. They did fix it later. The door wouldn't lock. It was a little scary. The breakfast was good. I would stay here again for the price. It's walkable everywhere in the little town of La Fortuna."

"Good stay....check in was good...no major language barrier....nothing against this hotel..but I would seriously suggest travelers stay in a regular/non resort hotel...you will save tons of $$...just my $0.02. Again, our stay here was good...but way too pricey...this is the only resort West of San ..."
