We were initially put into their worst room im sure. It had torn curtains, dirty floors, workmen tools in the bathroom and wood dust even on the toilet seat, dusty shoe prints on the seat bench, peeled desk-chair, dried spill marks on furniture, gum on sofa... it was unbelievable! Breakfast needs a lot of work. Eggs were cold and tough. Juice machine needs cleaning - juice tasted moldy. Sausage wee not edible. Food not replenished in a timely fashion
