The location is excellent across from hospital, check in clerk was pleasant.We went to our floor,stepped of elevator was hit with a smell of some kind of smoke..A person was standing in the hall on the phone right in front of our door..This is for what its used for extended stay..Those that need shelter...We left immediately and went to Hampton Inn near by...We were a family member in hospital and had decided to stayover..We could see the hotel from the patient window but no comparison to Hampton or any I usually stay...It need a overall..Its needed its across from the hospital...

Property is 2nd to none great staff clean rooms , walking distance to most anything. Just be careful walking in the grass around the establishment because it seems like nobody picks up their dog poop. I will stay there again next time I am in the area. ☮️

Homeless shelter advertised as a hotel

This place is advertised as a hotel, but it has no amenities. The bed linens were very cheap. The TV service (Dish) had intermittent signal. The AC was difficult to control. Soap and shampoo were minimal. The front desk was closed off and secured with a roll-down steel door most of the time! The hotel seems to be in a sketchy part of town with sketchy people around outside. I think I saw one drug deal going down. One night was disturbed by excessive noise. This was not at all the experience I was expecting. Based on everything I saw and experienced, the place is being used as a shelter for homeless people. I admire the city for doing this, but Hotels.com should not be advertising this property as a bona fide hotel for unsuspecting out-of-town guests (like us).

Property is perfect for a quick stay. Was nice to have a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Only negatives were the parking lot noise both nights we stayed, car alarms went off several times for multiple minutes, loud talking/yelling in parking lot.

My NC Stay

My stay started off with hair in the bed, not good. The front desk clerk (Marcus) came and changed the linen, he was very nice and responsive. The room was ok. I didn’t realize this was an extended stay hotel. With that in mind, it was fine if you needed to stay for a while. The location was perfect and it was a new property, which made it nice.

Check in was horrible. The guy didn’t know what he was doing, I had to ask twice to get my id back and it was clear he was high out of his mind. Lights didn’t work bc breaker was off, tv wouldn’t work or connect to dish or any streaming service and it was insanely loud. I’m incredibly disappointed
