Staff were very friendly when checking in. They gave us a high floor and nice view of the city. Check-in is at 3 and check-out is it 12! This the only hotel that has offered this that I know and it made it less of a rush and a great experience. Kudos to this hotel!

Fire alarm went off twice during my four day visit

The hotel was conveniently located. The Waite staff at the restaurant was very courteous and responsive. Very limited selection in their menu. But the food was good. The recreational room was OK. Screens on the treadmills didn’t work. The fire alarm went off twice while I was there. The first time was Friday morning at 9 AM. The second time was just after I went to bed at 9:30 PM during the Super Bowl. I had to get up at 3 AM to travel. Quite frustrating. Both times we spent a long time in the lobby, waiting to get back to our rooms and the sirens blaring. Others who had stayed there at previous years said this wasn’t a unique occurrence. I’m not sure I’ll stay here again next year when I return.

Comfortable with a couple of hiccups

It’s an older building so I know they can’t help it but the parking garage is crumbling = dangerous? The night time desk host was NOT helpful and hard to understand because of his accent and he mumbled so quietly and NO I’m not hard of hearing
