We booked this hotel due to the ability to use the indoor pool and breakfast. Upon arrival, we noticed that the lobby was very cold and the staff member at the desk was wearing a winter coat/attire and using a space heater to stay warm. We were assured that it was just because of the lobby door and that the rooms would be warm. We turned the heat in our room to the highest setting and it never got warm. The refrigerator in our room also did not work. When we went to go to the pool, there was a sign on the door that said "pool close for winter season." The next morning when we went to breakfast, old food items were available as well as most machines/buffet serving stations had signs that said "out of order" and there were not options to eat.
