Very spacious, basically an apartment. There's a washing machine and dryer shared between two units. Parking is right in front on the entrance, no long walks down hallways with your luggage. Our unit had two bathrooms with showers and a jetted tub. Kitchen is furnished but with a portable two heater range. No conventional oven, there is a microwave and full size fridge with icemaker. We were there during a slow week and our stay was a great value for the cost.

I actually own out this resort, but I booked it through Travelocity this time. The stay was great! Quite area and easy to get to a lot of the main attractions. Busch Gardens was only about 25-30 minutes drive from the resort.

The check in staff could be a bit more friendly. The concierge desk staff was very friendly. We asked and recieved a late checkout, however the cleaning staff still showed up at the original checkout time. Communication on adjusted checkout times may need some improvement.

The unit we had was great, nice and clean. Only down fall was the jacuzzi tub, could not enjoy it because the hot water ran out before the tub could fill up pass the jets. Was a very nice property.

I was really disappointed about the cleanliness of the unit. Not only did we arrive to a dirty room but the room smelled like mold and weed throughout the stay. We had to check out a day early because of the smell. We were traveling with two toddlers and my pregnant wife.

The experience was extremely disappointing. This is not a resort, yet they are charging resort fees for what are essentially just apartments. I requested towels three times and even updated the reception, but no one ever provided them. To make matters worse, I received a call from a staff member promoting their resort services, which felt unprofessional given my current situation. I strongly urge Expedia to reconsider this listing and process a refund for my stay.

Soon as I got in the room I check everything to see if anything is not in working order. I went to take a hot shower and the water was cold didn’t get warm at all. I went to wash my hands in the master bedroom bathroom and the water didn’t even turn on.

The staff was courteous and helpful. I have never seen a resort where a common entrance door can be deadbolted. This caused several issues where I ended up moving to a new unit. However, it happened again at the new unit. I believe it was a staff person but i am not sure. Let me be clear, I would understand if the door was propped open because someone was loading or unloading. However that was not the case here. For my safety, I will not stay here again. I would suggest the resort change the deadbolt feature on the common door.
