The check in was very hectic. Everyone standing in line cars trying to get in and out of the parking was. Crazy. If they had sent a questionair out would be easier. We had 4 cars coming and I had to try and contact them and get all their vehicle info. After many hrs dealing with traffic there must be an easier way thank you once we got settled in it was a nice place

The field, park is beautiful. However the habitation are old fashion, and need renovation (the floor is old, and in really bad condition). During the day the living room was dark, while there was a lot of sun outside. Very sad atmosphere. Not what is seen on pictures We book and paid for breakfast, and then discovered when we went there in the morning that the restaurant was closed. We were not even informed at time of check in, while we talked about breakfast. We would not recommend this hotel, and will not go again, even we plan to go again in Williamsburg.

The carpet was WET, in every room. NOT acceptable. Questions asked: Do you want maintenance to bring fans: Do you want to change rooms? at 6:30. Hell no. I come here due to medical appointments...not able to do any of these things. I stay here often, but it is getting harder to justify why.

The unit was very spacious and we enjoyed having the nice deck. Could have used some updates in the kitchen… a better coffee maker. And when I opened the packet of coffee that was provided it was ripped and not usable at all. Also could have used another pillow for the pull out couch. Only one was provided.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired though. There were fleas in the carpet and black mold in the bathroom. I asked the staff to please come in and vacuum well to mitigate some of the fleas but I’m not sure how good a job was done as there were small bits of paper still on the floor after they were done. Having said all of that, the property is beautiful.
