The check in was very hectic. Everyone standing in line cars trying to get in and out of the parking was. Crazy. If they had sent a questionair out would be easier. We had 4 cars coming and I had to try and contact them and get all their vehicle info. After many hrs dealing with traffic there must be an easier way thank you once we got settled in it was a nice place

The property was beautiful and so was the unit. We loved the little sun room and patio. The coffee shop was closed even though it was said it was supposed to be open but that was the only thing that was at all wrong. We loved this place and would like to come back

This was absolutely the best place we have ever stayed, after last time trying to stay in a hotel out this way, we were very nervous because the last place had police everywhere and didnt have our room ready at 11pm even though we paid for it and they kept trying to get us to take a single bed when we had 4 adults so I was so impressed when we walked in the door, the staff at gate, front door and desk were very nice and helpful...i was gonna say the room we stayed was beautiful, but it was more like an apartment, I was so excited I danced around when we went inside, i wasn't expecting everything that was in the place, a full kitchen with every accessory you could possibly need, the beds were comfy, everything was clean, the bathrooms have all the items you'd need so didnt have to worry if you forgot anything....this was by far the most absolutely beautiful place I have ever stayed!!! The lady that checked us in was amazing and explained everything we needed to go and even explained how to get where we were going and where over flow parking was....i will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone, ive already been bragging to everyone about how wonderful it was, i cant thank yall enough for our wonderful stay!!!

My stay was amazing! Love how this is a little escape from the daily hustle and bustle. This was either my second or third time here. I received a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom apartment. Staff was super friendly and helped expedite check-in process during a busy time. My rooms were super-clean. TV and all appliances worked great. Checked out the coffee house on Sunday morning, that was a great surprise! Swam in the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. Someone parked in my assigned space, but that wasn’t an issue, as I found another space close to my apartment. Asked a couple times if I wanted to get a free night by sitting in a timeshare presentation, which I respectfully declined. Got a really good deal. Definitely want to stay when I come back.

The room smelled like mold it was not visible but the smell was horrible I was sneezing and coughing the whole weekend and everyone else that stepped foot inside the unit also had to go to er after we left for breathing problems

Fantastic

The room was very clean and comfortable. Spacious for a family of four. Close to everything. Yet far enough where it stays quiet. Would recommend everyone to stay here!
