Wonderful space for an extended family of 8. The house is stocked with everything! Easy walk to the beach and near restaurants, mini golf, etc. The whale watch is well worth doing.

The Maze House
My three young grandchildren loved the rooms and surprising spaces they kept finding! It was very comfortable for multi-generations, and we could walk or "scoot" to the beach easily.

Great place for families!
Lovely property- Do not let the photo of the house confuse you - large rooms and it is spacious and comfortable with great (huge!) backyard! There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room.
Easy access to all kinds of activities. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment. There are 2 twin beds (not 1 as listed on the description) and 4 queen beds. Only issue is that you can't get in till 4PM and must leave by 9 AM (in all the 50+ years of going to the Cape those are latest entry and earliest leave times we have ever experienced).

Great location, spacious home
The house is fantastic for a large family. The pictures don’t quite match what’s there now. Plan on 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Take linens and towels with you or you can pay for a linen package. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and all dishes you could need. BBQ grill outside with a large backyard to play in.
I gave this less stars because we had a tough check-in and wasn’t impressed with property management company. To start, we never received arrival/check-in directions so had to chase those down on Saturday afternoon once we realized we had no idea how to get into home. Finally got that info sent and then when we arrived, learned there was poor communication between the property management company and owners, so they weren’t expecting us. This meant we lost one night of our vacation and we had to stay (and pay an additional $325) for a hotel room our first night. Property management said they would reimburse us one night but still haven’t seen it after one week. Check-out is 9am- the earliest time I’ve ever had for check-out.
We highly recommend this property, just stay on top of the communications.

Pictures & description of house don't do it justice. Much larger!
We had a great week. We were a family of 7 adults, 4 children ages 2 months to 6 years. Walked in, couldn't believe how large the house actually was. Not once did we ever feel cramped or on top of each other. Large bedrooms with Queen beds, a half bedroom with a twin. The upstairs bedrooms had plenty of floor space if you needed to put an air mattress or a pack and play. Sunroom off of dining room was huge. Living room was huge with plenty of seating (couches & chairs). Everything you could need in the kitchen with a coffee maker & a Keurig. 2 extra rooms on the first floor to get to the back bedroom with more seating. First floor has 2 bedrooms, 2nd floor has 2 1/2 bedrooms. We used the fire pit to make smores. Large front & back yard. The house is a great!
My only complaint: the fridge/freezer was not empty as stated as it should have been from the welcome package from the realtor. We had to clean that first, putting the bag of trash out to find 2 barrels already filled with trash.
I would definitely rent this home again.
