Make your Cape Cod summer memories at this 3BR/2.5BA meticulous, bright and airy Cape Cod beach house with views of Lewis Bay. The first level of the home boasts a nice open layout featuring a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living area with 30" TV and den, indoor dining for up to six guests, and two decks to enjoy the ocean views. The main level will also include a spacious primary suite with a 30" TV and private bath including a walk in shower. Second level of the home offers two guest quarters (1-3 twin, one 2-twin) with full bath to service those rooms. Enjoy the great outdoors with a large back area, outdoor shower, your choice of gas or charcoal grill and a second deck with patio furniture for outdoor dining. Best of all, just 30 yards away is deeded access to a private salt water beach! An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
