"FROM NICE STAY TO NIGHTMARE! You will get NO answer to any text or email prior to stay. We got our entry code on day of arrival. Got into the inn and room OK. Room was comfortable and clean, except drawers for clothes under bed were filthy. TV remote had no volume button and was LOUD. It was all apps and you needed your own login. Kitchen had breakfast food like eggs in fridge, bagels and muffins and a Kurig. Night 3 we arrive home at 10:40pm exhausted and remote entry to room won't work. The keypad is dead, won't light up. We go to kitchen where emergency number listed on board and call. STRAIGHT TO FULL VOICEMAIL. I text too. In a few minutes I get a call. Lady tries to help me trying different codes. The key pad is DEAD. She tells me she'll call back. I wait 15 mins text again. She says maintenance on way, 30 MORE MINS. I'm exhausted & hubby has to pee (no common bathrooms). 2 guys arrive 1.5 hrs after 1st spoke to host. They get cup of 20 keys in kitchen, try each one, FAIL. They google photo the lock & try reddit for how to get in (Joke about responses). NOPE. They get a crow bar, RIP it off! FINALLY in room 1:30am w hole where keypad was. Guy puts in 2nd door handle that locks from outside, leaves key. I text host. No response. In morning we try to go down for coffee. WE'RE LOCKED IN FROM OUTSIDE W KEY IN ROOM!!! I text host that. NOTHING! I pull door hard & because hole guy made was so big, door opens. We spend next night sleping w door ajar. HOST NEVER RESPONDED!!"
