While we were at the hotel a homeless man came in and assaulted one of the other guest in the room next to us. I had to call the police because the other guest was yelling at the homeless man to get out of there. The staff didn’t know where the homeless man went or where he would reappear in the hotel. Also, I needed the sheets changed on my children’s bed and when they removed the sheets we saw that there was a giant blood or poop stain on the mattress that my kids had been sleeping on top of. Also, the TV remote did not let us switch between channels. We had to manually enter each channel by number.

The room was nice and the bed and pillows were super soft. There was a dog in a nearby room that kept barking but it wasnt too big of an issue. The breakfast was AMAZING. Usually continental breakfasts are pretty generic but I was very pleased here. I dont normally eat breakfast but im glad I did, the eggs were almost like an omelette. The only big complaint was the pool area. I was so excited to use the 24 hour hot tub and was one of the main reasons for selecting this facility. There was no towels but the front desk promptly restocked upon request but there was garbage and beer cans left in the pool area from previous users. Though, these are easy to look over, but the part that was the worst was the hot tub. The jets didnt work, the water was so gross and the majority of the water line edges were covered in mold. Overall not a terrible stay for tbe price and was in a convenient location.
