the shower was loud, screaming sound. asked for room to get cleaned, it was not done. Breakfast was unsatisfactory, microwave kept tripping breaker food did not heat up properly could not eat. The hotel put us on the same floor as the youth hockey team, running through the halls late night early morning could not sleep. Notified hotel staff but nothing was done.

The pool room door was broken so it was super cold inside. There was a large group of teenage boys running wild in the building, pressing all the buttons in the elevator and stampeding up and down the stairs and through the halls. The elevators were hardly working and took forever to arrive. The coffee and hot water in the lobby/breakfast area was luke warm. Terrible stay.

The room had a bit of a funky smell that didn't improve during our stay. It appeared the exhaust ventillation for our room was not working. (No negative pressure at the bathroom exhuast vent and condensation fully covering the window). Ice maker was only working on one floor of the hotel. The building appears to be overdue for a remodel. Service was great, check-in and out was easy. The pool and both indoor and outdoor hot tubs were appreciated by everyone in our group. The location was also great for walking to dinner.

Great place to stay on a quick trip didn’t get to try out. The pool room was nice and comfortable. Small fridge. No microwave. Breakfast in the morning was simple and small. Would stay here again.

Reserved 1 ADA room with 2 beds and 1 dog friendly room with a king bed. Didn't get either one as they didn't have any king dog friendly available when we checked in and no 2 bed ADA rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly, it was clean, but it was dated and the beds were uncomfortable.

The breakfast was very limited, my picky eating kids refused to eat and there were limited healthy options. The customer service was great. The pool area was good. The bedding was terrible, the pillows were really hard to sleep with. I ended up using my jacket as a pillow because I couldn't get comfortable with the pillows provided. I normally travel with my own pillow, but decided that was overkill. I'll be traveling with my pillow again in the future.
