The room wasn’t clean the currents were ripped and the shower was dirty nobody came to clean the room for the three days we stayed here

We are sorry to learn you had such an unpleasant experience. We always urge our guests to bring any concerns to our attention when at the hotel so we can address it. In this case we spoke to staff and they said it's their understanding that you had only asked that we bring extra towels which I'm told we provided. So we are sorry to learn after the fact that there were additional wishes that were unaddressed.
