Property was great and good location. Staff did not inform us of amenities or the free breakfast upon arrival. Just informed us of incidental deposit that is credited back after stay and handed us key. Not sure why the alarm clock went off at 6 am in our room it also went off in another room next to us, but was never turned off. Very annoying. When i mentioned at check out the receptionist didn't really show any empathy. This location needs better customer service.

I’m so sorry you were disappointed with your stay. We unfortunately do not have a free breakfast at this location. Our made to order breakfast is included in some rate plans, but not the plan you purchased. We will bring the alarm clock issue to our housekeeping staff’s attention. That is an issue we can address. If you are ever in the area again, please allow us to make it right.

The staff were really nice the room was wonderful lots of space for my husband in his large electric wheelchair .The river view was nice to look at . Great pool and hot tub also will recomend to any one looking for a nice place to stay in Wenatchee The
