Went to use the pool and there was a dirty tampon in the bottom of it. My granddaughter was walking barefoot and got hairbslls in the bottom of het feet, and my daughter-in-law stepped on someones fake nails. It was obvious that that facility had not been cleaned in quite sometime. In addition the shower didnt drain and we let the staff know and they said it would be fixed by the time we got back, itwas not. We have stayed at Best Western it is our go to motel but i will never go back to this one and will make sure I tell all our race friends this is not the place to go.

I'm very sorry you had a bad experience while staying with us especially with your grandchildren. I have addressed the issues with the staff to make sure they all learn how to treat and clean the pool since our maintenance person was out ill and unable to do the job. This will not be an excuse again.

I was not pleased that when i arrived there was no reservation under my name. The two 14 year old girls were not allowed to enjoy the pool unless they were with an adult. No pillows on one bed. When i asked for two pillows i was asked if there were pillows when i arrived..

I'm sorry you were unhappy with your stay. Our policy is that an adult must accompany children in the pool area. The desk associate was trying to determine if you needed two extra pillows or if your room was missing pillows. The housekeeper obviously did not have extra pillows with her and failed to return with the pillows after completing the room. We apologize for this inconvenience.
