We had a lovely view of ocean from the room. It's a bit outdated but was ok for trip. The vending/ice machines were out of order on floor I was on the whole time I was there. Staff at front desk really friendly and helpful.

This hotel has good access to the beach, a small shop in the lobby, open vista from balcony. The front desk was super friendly. Coffee station good. The only minus, the Tub was clogged.

Rooms were clean staff pleasant . Only negative we chose the hotel because there was suppose to have a wooden walkway in front of hotel . It was not there because they were setting up for a Latin festival and was taken up . Have some mobility issues and was difficult to walk in sand and carry chair . Ended up falling in sand . My daughter had to hold my arm after no one told the manager

The room needed some up grading, but it was very clean. Great views and friendly staff. A special shout-out to Christina who help us with our special accommodation situation. I’d definitely stay there again.

Overall a nice place to stay! We did have trouble with our room door not locking so the staff helped and wouldn’t you know it got a second room and the same thing happened. But again the young lady at the counter found us one that did lock.

The property is in desperate need of updates. There is no air conditioning service in elevators or hallways. The check-in staff wasn't very friendly, there is limited parking and the overflow parking is also small and blocks away.

My stay at this resort was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the place felt neglected. The elevators were run-down. The pool was in such poor condition i didn't feel safe using it during our stay. My room was outdated and poorly maintained—cracked walls, peeling paint, mold in the fridge, and a wobbly door handle that made me feel unsafe. The flimsy door seemed like it could be kicked in with ease. The bathroom was tiny, with the door hitting the toilet when opened. The deck was weathered and long overdue for painting. Overall, this hotel is not worth your money. Unless you’re desperate for a place to crash and have no standards, I’d strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay
