Quiet atmospheric hotel for short stays
Atmospheric quirky hotel. Retains convent feel. Nice staff; good restaurant at night. Note it doesn’t do breakfast but good cafe nearby. No reception before noon. Good base for Bilbao - on commuter line to central station , one hour trip with regular trains .

definitely not a 4 stars hotel.no enought people working at same time.i been waiting 15 min to do the check in at 9 pm.beside that staff was rwally helpfull and nice. No usb outlets to charge cellphone and no hair conditioner.

The food in the restaurant was basic but very good. Maria who served us was by herself, but did a great job in dealing with a busy restaurant.
