"Liked the excellent location near the Opera House and other major attractions. The large room with two beds is also a positive point. The staff helpful, and attentive. The negative points are three : the bad illumination at the elevators and the hall in front of them. Its too dark. One cannot forget that this is a classy hotel and not a suspicious night club. The breakfast at the week end was poor mainly with few choices of fresh fruits. Disgusting was when at the check out the porter called a taxi for the airport and the price was much above the normal fare. Despite asked the driver didn't use the meter. Porter scam with taxi drivers ???"

"I had to go down to the desk twice to have my safe fixed before I could go to sleep after an international flight that left me exhausted. (And I let them know that I needed sleep.) Still I waited over an hour before going down the second time. I finally got into bed when the technician came back because he'd apparently just received the second message - I was not pleased. Also, they only have air conditioning during the warmer months, so it was too warm to sleep comfortably."
