"Got the room key and when we opened the door there was a woman in the bed. This is totally unacceptable and gave the woman such a fright, this situation is not acceptable and could have left the woman very vulnerable and unsafe. The shower had someone else’s hair in it and the edge of the shower outside has a build up of dirt. I have stayed at Moxy quite a few times and all has been okay but this was a very disappointing experience"

"We had a fantastic stay at SO/ Vienna! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The room - which was unexpectedly upgraded! - was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring the area. It is within short walking distance to amazing restaurants and sites and is also quite close to public transit. Everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Lovely hotel! Clean, well decorated with a cool vibe retro vibe. Liked the cafe downstairs and chill out area around the lobby. Everything was modern and the staff were friendly. Room for improvement on the room amenities though as there was no fridge so you couldn’t keep drinks cool in the room. Or a kettle in the rock would also be nice. But as this is described as a ‘hostel hotel’ perhaps lakc of the items are on purpose. Otherwise I would stay again at the hotel and would recommend. Close by to the metro station so easy to get into the city"
