I liked checking out. I will never return and do not recommend it. Maybe it was just a bad day for the staff, maybe it is just the evening staff…whatever the issue is the woman checking us in was horribly rude. Upon entrance, she was angrily telling her male coworker what to say on his phone call, so I was already on eggshells from the attitude she had with her own coworker. checking us in was clearly an inconvenience to her evening. I asked a simple yes or no question but she spent several moments beating a dead horse with explanations of what the purpose of the hotel was and seemed upset we were just staying 1 night. My home is being renovated, and the water is temporarily off. we only needed 1 night, not something I usually have to explain. Normally I can ask front desk staff where is the ice machine, etc. but she handed us a sheet with a heavy sigh as if she was winded from handing me the key card. The room had beer bottle tops in it and on the heater, the floor was wet around the unit. Lots of towels, no soap. The morning breakfast staff was more polite. Breakfast was mediocre. Nothing to write home about, nothing too horrible aside from the sausage patties being cold in the middle. All in all- survivable , but you certainly get what you pay for here.

Roaches! Woke up in the morning and took a shower. Came out of the shower to see a roach crawling on the bed I slept in. Reported it. While packing up, I saw a nymph roach crawling down the wall. Stay clear of this place for your own good.

You lost future business, over poor customer servi

Two issues with my stay. One was the A/C unit in the room. Made a great deal of noise. The second was at checkout. I get to the lobby door and it was locked. I rang and someone came to the door. The greeting was, “ what do you want” . I said I was checking out, and I hand him my keys. Then he says “ anything else “. I asked if I could grab an orange that was on the table right inside the door. The guy replied, “we are not open”. With that he closed the door. The time was, 5:49AM. He was not wearing a name tag, nor did he give his name. Yes I was ten minutes before opening time. I don’t think that I was too far out of line. Since my request was to step five steps into the lobby, grab an orange, and leave. I will remember this treatment, the next time a book a room. And I will 99% book with another company.

I will never, ever stay here.

The staff is lovely. The rooms are clean, BUT it was such an unsafe environment that I had friends come with me to grab my stuff so I could stay somewhere else. I have lived all over the country in some pretty run down areas (including down the street from a couple of crack houses in DC). I have never felt so unsafe. There are few lights in the parking lot or in the areas outside the rooms. There were many groups of people outside of their rooms smoking cigarettes, drinking, etc. One room had a woman clearly on drugs being held up by her boyfriend (maybe?) ,smoking a cigarette while another dude leered on also smoking a cigarette. It was such a dodgy vibe. Spend the money. Stay somewhere else.
