Lovely dinner and a pretty good breakfast, but the eggs are pre-cooked here, which means the go rather solid and dry (strange, as virtually all other Paradores that we have stayed in, offer freshly cooked eggs?). Also the chairs are very strange with what feels like a large spring forcing you upwards? But a lovely Parador overall!"
