"On our arrival we were assigned probably one of the noisiest rooms in the hotel, on the first floor in front of some staff meeting room—I usually attribute this sort of behavior to bigotry of the particular staff member I was dealing with. When I complained a different staff member at the desk gave us a very nice and quiet room. When we were checking out, we noticed a charge from Starbucks on the premises from the morning of our departure. We were told someone must have accidentally gave our room number. Fortunately they agreed to delete the charge for a cup of coffee and a $5 tip! Other than these two annoying incidents our stay was fine."
