Bright apartment with lovely terrace in an 18th-century small palace that overlooks a traditional Venetian canal. The apartment is in a very elegant area, close to the main sites, Frari\'s church, and San Rocco square. Rialto market 10/15 minutes walking.
You are also 5 min. walking from Piazzale Roma and the train station.
The area has many good restaurants and food shops where to enjoy our traditional kitchen. Also not far from Campo Santa Margherita, a beautiful square where to drink a glass of wine.
The apartment is perfect for a couple searching for a romantic place to live and spend some unforgettable moments in our town.
The beautiful terrace will let you have relaxing moments drinking a cocktail in the evening or having your breakfast watching gondola\'s along the canal
It is placed in a quiet area but along the main way to get to Rialto and San Marco which can be reached in 15 mn. walking.
Also, you\'re close to some of the most important monuments, sites, and churches in town like the Frari Church, the San Rocco School, the San Giovanni Evangelista school, and many others.
The neighborhood has many nice little restaurants to enjoy our traditional and famous food and some very nice groceries, bakeries, and pastry shop. The supermarket is at 3 min. walking from the apartment.

The apt was clean and large enough to be comfortable. Bed was comfortable. We liked the area as it is not overly crowded. Our stay went well. The street door key is tricky but you get the hang of it.

Cute place for rest between site-seeing
The apartment was as pictured. Simple, clean. The main room is spacious enough for 1-2, maybe 3 people. There is a small balcony, nice to sit, no view, but pleasant. The kitchen is bare - not for preparing meals: plenty of dishes and utensils, no napkins or paper towels. Bathroom is small - worked for me but take note.
The checkin was amazing. My Google maps has trouble locating the apartment the whole time I was there, and Gödze was so patient and kind with my arrival. Helpful, pleasant, friendly.

Apartment behind Scuola Grande di San Rocco
We were extremely happy with the choice we made. The location is easy to find, the entrance is to be found at the end of an alley leading from the main street, just 10 minutes walk from the bus station. We were met by Gabriella by the door at the arranged time, who took us up to the flat and gave us a lot of helpful information about everything from the locations of supermarkets, recommended restaurants, and rubbish disposal.
The flat is quiet and far away from the street, with three windows opening directly onto a canal, and has its own patio. There is not very much light, however, and the electric lights are dim. But it is very charming and does not lack anything by way of appliances.
The bed is very large and comfortable, and we have never slept better.
