What an amazing time we had in Venice and this hotel was authentically Venice. The staff amazing, took our bags up the stairs and back down, took our bags to the water taxi, ordered the taxi, buffet breaky was so good. They offered any info needed in Venice and checked us in 3 hours early. The rooms were beautiful we had a family room

Nice hotel, lovely staff

We stayed recently and found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. They were sure to let us know of all the local things available and help us with any questions we had. The family room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and a good size for our family of 4. I would recommend this hotel to someone if asked.

Perfect spot, very close to St Mark's, but nice and quiet. My room had a beautiful view out onto the canal. The room was large with a really nice modern bathroom, shutters to keep out the sun, and a bed that was actually very comfortable! (Something many many hotels lack)

From the moment we arrived the service and staff were totally welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful. Hotel was perfectly located, quiet but 10 minutes walk from St Marks Square. The room was incredibly clean, and housekeeping did an amazing job every day. Breakfast was more than adequate. We wouldn't hesitate to reccomend and would definitely return. Well done and thank you to everyone who helped make our stay you so wonderful.

Truly an amazing experience with this hotel. They are so friendly and made our stay exceptional. So much nicer and more accommodating than any US hotels that we are used to. Hotel was very close to all the major attractions but just far enough away that it wasn’t crowded.

Great hotel close to everything. Restaurants and best gelato across the canal. A two minute walk to the must see sites. Staff were very nice and helpful. There wasn’t a lift in our section of the hotel, but the staff carried up our luggage. Room was clean and good for what we needed it for - nothing to write home about.
