We loved our stay. The management was so helpful. We needed transfers from the cruise dock to the hotel and from the from thotel to the airport. They coordinated everything for us. Our room was spacious and lovely with an updated bathroom. We will definitely stay there if we get back to Venice. The bakery on the ground floor is yummy! Sadly I can only give them a 3 star based on our room and the concerns we had with the price we paid for our two night stay. While our room on the 3rd floor was fine, there was nothing special about it. We did enjoy the location and the hot water in the shower deserves a 5 star. Our friends stayed in the room next to us and their room was a bit larger but paid only half of the price we were charged. We addressed this with Nicoli and were not given an answer that made any sense. With so many hotels in that area … I would suggest looking elsewhere for your stay. If in Rome though… please check out Harry’s Trevino Bar and Hotel. It was amazing; read my reviews on this sight and location. We loved it!!!

Junior suite was amazing. Hotel was short walking distance from St Marks Square. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, helping organise transfers to and from airport which was really appreciated. Whole stay was relaxed, stress free and memorable.

This hotel is very well located and fairly priced. We were in the annex - just round the corner in a very well sized room (which was spotless) overlooking a court yard with a well. Easy to walk or get boats anywhere. They allowed us to check in early which was appreciated. Highly recommended.
